I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

We used Robins Plumbing to replace and reconnect an exterior cast iron evacuation pipe that was broken. First, we were able to have an appointment very quickly and Nate , our plumber, took the time to explain our different options and wrote down two estimates right on the spot.
