Terrible customer service. Their technician did something that caused a problem that showed up over time. When I contacted them I was bounced from person to person, until they told me they were not going to help me at all. They were defensive to the point of being aggressive and insulting. Basically if they don’t have it in their notes somewhere, it “didn’t happen “. So their technician did something that caused a leak later, and took parts away from my sink so I cannot use it anymore, but they won’t help me because it wasn’t written down by him. When I reached out to the owner to explain, the conversation became emotional and he became nasty and threatened to use the recording of our conversation “against me later “. After a sad and tragic year, as most of us have experienced, this treatment literally left me in tears. I still have the issues they caused. I now have to find a new company to fix what they caused.

Mike quickly arrived to my house and provided me with helpful advice relating to the condition of my shower drains and my septic system. I am happy with my choice to call 100% plumbing, I would do so again, and I plan to consult 100% plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
A second technician showed me a camera view of each of my vent lines/drains and helped advise me to replace my corroding kitchen drain.

Raul Gallardo was the technician who did the job. Very nice person and unclugged my toilet very quickly. I can depend on him for future plumbing problems.

Jesse was on time, texted to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and offered three different ways to fix my problem. After discussing in detail, we decided on which route to go. He quickly fixed the problem so my water wasn't off for hours!!! Will definitely use Sav-On again - they are responsive and efficient!

Roger fit me in between jobs. He worked quickly to fix the immediate problem. He suggested replacing the toilet, and was gracious about my decision to hold off on the replacement until after my surgery next week.
I will certainly use Armstrong Plumbing in the future and highly recommend him to family and friends.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

I had a clogged garbage disposal over the holiday & tried everything but couldn't get it to drain. Then yesterday afternoon I called Champion Plumbing!! The owner answered the phone and immediately I felt at ease...like my problem would be taken care of. Even though late in the day, he said someone could probably be there that day!

Less than 15 minutes later I received a call from the repairman who said he was finishing a job, but would arrive around 5pm...but before 4:30 he was at my home!! He was very polite, respectful & knowledgeable. Shortly thereafter my sink & disposal were in perfect condition once again!!

He offered to help me put all items back under the sink, left no mess for me to clean & took my clogged garbage with him!! 😄😄
