We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. I used this company for two projects; one small and one big. Both of them had the same first employee, Charyah. Both jobs required me to call the company back one or more times for repair/correction. When they were called back they were responsive and solved the problem. Still I shouldn't need a general contractor friend inspecting the quality of the work to be assured of acceptable quality.Shower repair: They left the scald guard on making it unable to flow hot water to my shower. Upon call, they fixed it to my satisfaction.Main Line repair: They did a possibly not to code use of PVC exposed to indirect sunlight, left holes in my stucco, broke the supply line to my irrigation resulting in dead plants and poor quality cement work (twice). Upon call they fixed all but the plants to my satisfaction.

I have referred Nicholas and brad with desert water to several of my pool service customers when they need help with plumbing, gas lines or water softeners. Every time they have shown up quickly and gotten the job done with my customer saying nothing but good things. If you need anything from new water softeners to new gas lines ran across you properly, or even little stuff like back flow valves replaced these guys really know their stuff!! Highly recommend

We just had our kitchen redone. New cabinets, flooring, appliances, the whole nine. When a couple days into using it we noticed the floor was really warm in a spot. Turns out we had a hot water leak under the floor.

Oh no. We’re going to have to redo the kitchen. Please no.

We called Rivers plumbing as a recommendation and I’m glad we did. They immediately answered all of our questions alleviating a many of our fears. And we’re able to reroute the plumbing with out making a scratch. Like orthoscopic surgery, there were able to make small cuts around the area leaving all of the new construction untouched.

I called due to a hole in the pipe leading in to the house which was producing mini geyser. Jesse and Brandon were here within 30 minutes and got me up and running. I have used Instant Plumbing numerous times and have also referred them to family members. They are a family owned company and excellent to do business with.
