Based on my experience with Adrian, I will certainly recommend the company.The following is a follow up after using Bumble bee to install a reverse osmosis system. We had a leaking fire sprinkler head in our house. Called in the morning, Gabriel the technician called ahead and showed up on time by 1:00. He was professional and thoroughly inspected our system. Replaced the leaking sprinkler head on the spot without any mess or trying to up-sell. Will definitely call again if we have any problems.

Roger installed a water softener and replaced some irrigation pipes. Great job, great value, great guy. Highly recommended!

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

Ry did an excellent job for us with a kitchen sink drain blockage that we unsuccessfully tried to fix ourselves for the better half of a day, and answered my many questions along the way. Super professional clean guy that knows what he's doing. Highly recommend and will certainly use again!

Joe came out and led a crew to connect my outdoor kitchen to the main city sewer line. It was refreshing to work with such an honest and responsive person. Amazing service! I called on a Saturday afternoon because of a water leak in my shower. West Valley Plumbing was quick to responded and get to my home to make the repair. No hidden fees or price issues, just a good all-around experience and I intend to use West Valley Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.
