Called to remove a plastic card that was stuck down in the toilet drain out of sight. It took a bit of jiggery-pokery to get it out from the crevice where it jammed itself, but they got it out. Good guys and would definitely recommend.

My water heater went out this morning. Water everywhere. And I called Plumbing Masters. They had a Service Professional at my house within 45 minutes and installed a new water heater within 2 hours. I’m very happy!

Roland quickly responded to my voicemail and was able to schedule me within the same week. He was easy to do business with through text and emails for quotes and payment. He showed up on time (which is extremely rare with contractors these days) and was friendly and professional during the service. He gave honest feedback on another plumbing item that I asked a question about where someone else might have just charged me a bunch of money and still not solve the problem. I HIGHLY recommend E.R. I called this company to unclog a blocked drain and they were able to come out in a timely manner. They were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their home or business plumbing services!

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

We had a washer supply valve break and spout water all over today. I called 6 other plumbers and the only other one that actually answered the phone said sorry, six weeks out. Phay answered the phone, prioritized our job immediately, and showed up and handled it expertly. I've already told three other people about them and won't go anywhere else for future plumbing needs. I'm sold.

Ben and Nate were great to work with. They explained things clearly. Were hard working. Followed through with everything they said they would do. Cleaned up after themselves. And even adjusted my final bill where appropriate to make it as affordable as possible because we all know plumbing is not cheap. We had a water heater installed. Two toilets and an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. Hope to use them in the future to install a propane line for a gas stove.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
