We had a leaking fire sprinkler head in our house. Called in the morning, Gabriel the technician called ahead and showed up on time by 1:00. He was professional and thoroughly inspected our system. Replaced the leaking sprinkler head on the spot without any mess or trying to up-sell. Will definitely call again if we have any problems.

Just celebrated 35 years of EWB (Extreme Wedded Bliss). Apparently “Coral” is the traditional celebratory gift (because what expresses 35 years of bonded matrimony like “the hard substance that is the exoskeleton of a marine invertebrate”…), however, we went with an appropriate aquatic related theme by having a tankless water heater and a water softening system installed! Thank you Roger Armstrong! First time in nearly 24 years of living in Phoenix that we’ve been able to turn on the water and step into a warm shower without running the water for 2.5 minutes… And, no, I have NO idea why we waited so long to do this, but we highly recommend Armstrong Plumbing for anyone with plumbing issues or water system dreams. Roger was Prompt. Pleasant. Reasonable. Thorough. The systems are aesthetically pleasing and energy efficient! We’re super happy with the end result!

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Anyone may count on my endorsement of this company. Their service is fantastic, and they provide high-quality results at reasonable prices. I have relied on them for years, and I wouldn't consider hiring anybody else to fix my pipes.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

Found I had a leak in my main water line coming from the water meter at the street to the tie-in at the house. I had never called a plumber before for anything, I usually take care of things like this myself. But to be honest, I really didn't feel like messing with it.
I went on line and read some reviews and Mahoney's stood out!
Did the online service request on their website and Tracey (sp?) called me back in less than 5 minutes letting me know she had people in the area and could be at my place in about an hour! Honestly wasn't expecting anyone for at least 24hr's. I was really surprised.
A small while later Colin and Brandon showed up and after doing a little inspection told me what my options were. Brandon was very through on informing me of the possible situations I was looking at.
Thankfully once they started tearing into it, they discovered the leak was only a few feet away from the meter and the entire pipe was type-L copper so we could get away with a line repair instead of a whole line replacement.
They also installed a house pressure regulator and replaced my shut-off gate valve that's been broken for years!
And they did it all in an afternoon!
Now could I have done it? Yep!
In an afternoon? Nope! These guys know what their doing.
I will definitely be calling Mahoney's again.

Charged us for a new ball valve, but reused the 10 year old one, which is actively leaking. Did not plumb the new drain pan (which they damaged) to the home’s exterior, which is required in our community. Sent home owner to Home Depot to get parts at our expense because they didn’t have them on the truck. Communication has been horrible and they missed 2 appointments to return and correct the remaining issues. Now they’re saying it will be another week to come out and fix the water leak. They have not refunded us for parts we were charged for and never received.
