We called Bumble Bee Plumbing after we called our home warranty company and were told by them that they could not send anyone to repair our master drain FOR A WEEK! We told Bumble Bee we had no water service, sinks, toilets and showers because the drain was backing up into the basement (same thing we told the home warranty company). Bumble Bee told us they were booked that day, but would try to rearrange some calls so they could get to us. Two hours later they called back to tell us we had a appointment that day. After an assessment, they came back early the next morning and made the necessary repair.Bumble Bee called several times to keep us updated on the arrival of the serviceman as well as several times following the repairs to make sure everything was working correctly. We were so impressed by their caring, concerned attitude as well as their quick and competent repairs that we enrolled in their home plumbing preferred service warranty.Several months later we had no hot water and they responded within hours to determine and repair the problem. As usual, they were caring, concerned, competent, and always in communication with us.Bumble Bee Plumbing will be the only company to work on our plumbing needs from now on. All companies should operate as they do.

I had a totally AMAZING experience with Robins Plumbing, from my initial call to Jeremy through the finished job by Grant! Jeremy was exceptionally welcoming and nice when he answered the phone and found out what assistance I needed. He scheduled me for first thing the next day and immediately emailed me a photo and info about the tech, Grant, who would be coming to my home.Grant and Mustafa showed up on time and with smiles! I had a dozen items on my replace/repair list and Grant and Mustafa immediately focused on the job at hand. Great teamwork! Grant took time to explain what he would be doing and how much the cost would be. I gave my approval and they got to work! Mustafa was needed on another job, so Grant carried on. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and did quality work. He spent the day at my home and worked hard until the job was done, tested and perfect! Grant came back on Monday to finish an additional item and he once again, completed it in a most professional and quality manner.I am thrilled to have found a plumbing company that does such a great job! I have already recommended Robins Plumbing to a friend and will continue to use them in the future. Excellent, top quality company... thanks from a very satisfied customer!

Call them in the morning and they are able to come less than couple hours. The technicians ( Chase and Jason) were super great about explaining everything that they were going to do and showing us how to drain the water to maintain the tank. They were professional and efficient. We'll definitely use them again!
