Our technician Joel was fast and thorough. He explained how to operate and maintain our new water heater. After installation, we though there was an issue and when we called in for help, everyone in the process were very helpful and we were able to get it remedied over the phone (was our fault, not theirs :)). I have used Before and After Plumbing Company for over ten years. I recommend this company to anyone in need of excellent plumbing work at home or a business. Hired for a $59 drain unclog (daughter tried flushing way to much toilet paper). Stipulation was that I have a ground clean out which I did. The tech, Ben, was awesome, very nice. He tried for a full hour to get the toilet unclogged through the cleanout and toilet. He said that the only solution was to go on the roof for $334. He went up there and it was cleared in just a few minutes. I cant justify the extra $280 for 10 minutes on the roof. If he did that when the first method didn't work, he could have been gone in 30 minutes and did more jobs. Tech was great, disagree with their pricing and feel ripped off. I would not reccomend to a friend nor will I use them again.

We're first-time homeowners in a historic home, and we've called on Tyson at Phoenician Plumbing several times over the past few years. Tyson and his team are extremely friendly, professional, and prompt, and he always does a great job explaining the issue and how it was resolved. We also feel his pricing is very fair. Tyson has tackled routine issues in the house -- leaky bathtub drain, faucets, and toilets -- and most recently diagnosed and repaired a mysterious pool of standing water in our back yard in about an hour. (!) We wouldn't use anyone else, and we have his number saved permanently in our phones!

Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! Highly recommended and their scheduler/tech were absolutely professional and wonderful too!!
