I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

I used Home Advisor and received a prompt call (within approximately 45 minutes) from Cheyenne to confirm the plumbing problem I had (shower wouldn't shut off). Next cam a call from Craig telling me that Rickey would be on site to repair my shower within the next 1to 11/2 hours.Rickey arrived and identified the problem within a few minutes. The repair required a new part (the handle), Rickey located the part in Phoenix and reviewed the additional cost involved for locating the part and going across town to pick it up. He said, he world be back within approximately 1 hour and he was.The final repair only took a few minutes. Rickey checked my water system including my hot water tank and recirculation pump to make sure everything was working properly. Rickey made sure I operated the shower and was satisfied with the repair.I would recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing Arizona to anyone.
