I'm so happy Google led me to this emergency plumber! I spent more than 30 minutes on the phone with a customer support agent after my water pipe burst in the middle of the night, yet I never received a response. My roommate looked for nearby emergency plumbers the following day, and we called one of them. Within 30 minutes, they could arrive and mend the pipe.

We use Don Jones Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs on our rental properties and personal home. Don is very communicative by phone and text and always get to our service orders quickly. I came to visit my grandmother over the weekend only to learn her plumbing had been out for weeks! For an elderly woman in hospice that is untenable!! Austin came out Monday morning before my family had to head back home. He assessed the situation literally top to bottom! Once he had a diagnosis and a game plan, he kept me looped in and got everything taken care of! Grandma is thrilled, i get to be the favorite grandson, and Austin did all the work!
