I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Jadan was great. He was on time, went over everything they would be doing, told me what the service was expected to cost today, went over everything they found, cleaned up everything when they were done. Great service and I highly recommend.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Frank was sent out a couple times to the house I'm renting. The first time he replaced a water heater and softener after the water softener released brown resin in the water. He and one other guy replaced the two tanks in under 4 hours. They were both very nice and always let us know when the water would be off or when a lot of noise was going to happen. Frank also replaced a pressure regulator valve that was banging every morning and would wake me up. He fixed it in no time. There's been no issues since. Frank is a great guy and a great plumber. Would definitely recommend him!

Gail and the crew had a high level of experience and would have saved me a lot more money if I had called them first. I had work done by another company first. But they failed to fix the problem, AZ leak detection came to the rescue. Always call them first before you have anything done on your pool period.

Rob and his team have taken care of numerous issues in our houses. We have had issues from old toilets to old plumbing leaks, rusted fixtures replaced and new water softener system installed. Rob had to go through walls to repair and old rusted out bathroom shower plumbing. He repaired the plumbing and returned the wall to its original look. They came early. Was done within an hour. They were very conscious of the length of time the water was shut off. One main line for the row of condos I live in. Put in a quality part. Saved me over four hundred dollars. They were able to fit me in on 5/1 even though they were booked out until the 8th. I had no water. Dorothy was very helpful and accommodating.
