I was extremely happy with our service today! My father needed his leaking sink repaired asap. My mother was in the hospital and it was the last thing he needed to worry about! Their professional, Jordan came and did an honest assessment, gave us a quote and fixed the problem efficiently and explained everything clearly which was appreciated! I had a leak in my kitchen and Tom came out to check it out and fixed it within an hour. I had called other plumbers and they wanted to take out the wall and do other funky things. Sav-on works with integrity and ethnically and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!!!

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

Nancy answered the call and I shared I thought I might need to replace hot water heater. She stated she would send Jesse as it was possible it might just need to be repaired. Jesse arrived on time, and I was notified when he went on his way. Evaluated the system and did need to be replaced. He did provide some possible options but the system was installed in 1998 so it was not up to code. Jesse took care of the whole situation very effectively, efficiently and timely. Absolutely use Sav-on again; & Jesse if he's available. I also have no doubt they will send the best possible person for the situation.

They were prompt in coming out to do an underground drain repair and explained up front the pricing and the final pricing after install matched without any surprises. Being new to AZ we've found alot of services just overpriced as assume we aren't educated, but not the case with Trusted plumber. Very fair price, showed up on time and was wrapped up 30min ahead of schedule on a 3hr job. Will definitely be my go to plumber going forward.
