I thought the cost was WAY to HIGH..expecting about $70 for call - quoted $259, given $50 discount....for about 15 minutes of work, if that. Understand it was gas but still - way to rob a potential new customer. If I wasn't stuck in a timing issue I would have cancelled and never called CB again.

We had a leaking valve behind our refrigerator. We called Robin Plumbing for assistance. They sent Mr Damon to assest the damage, after a quick glance he knew exactly what was needed. In a very short time period he had us up and running, very quick work from a Professional, Damon was a great way to end very hectic day. Kudos to Mr Damon. My recommendation for any one that needs that constant Professional help call Robins Plumbing!

Update1/6/2021
Had a new washing machine installed and found that our shut off valve for the washer no longer worked. Called Robins Plumbing and they sent Mr. Damon out again! Damon was friendly, clean, efficient, and on time as always. After Damon left the worksite was left immaculate! Robins Plumbing is the only Plumber we will use!

Service-call reason: burning smell in washing machine.

Side note: Didn't know I could request quotes directly through the Yelp app; so convenient!

Actual Review: Gabe responded to my request right away, asked for Make & Model, and provided a quote (some others who responded could not provide a quote without needing to come out first). Gabe came out the next day and arrived ON TIME (just by that, I'm already sold!). Then he fixed our issue and the actual charge came out a little less than the quote (the clincher!). Now I can do laundry again! Yay!?!?

Everything about this service-call was perfect, we've scheduled a return visit so he can look at our dryer next. :)

Last notes:
1.) We appreciate that he didn't charge extra for coming out this far (Estrella, Goodyear) as some providers do. :)
2.) Gabe was personable and easy to talk to. He will be our go-to guy for this and other electrical issues from now on.

We highly recommend 100% Plumbing! We have used them multiple times to install products like a soft water system. They are prompt, competitively priced, but most of all their customer service is second to none! From the people we talked to over the phone to the technician that came out (Tim) they went out of their way to educate and help with everything we needed. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Overall, they did a good job of getting here quickly and assessing the situation. I like how they provided the documentation via email so I could see for myself what was going on. Basically I need a new ECM motor.

I was quoted at $3000 to replace without warranty. It was then suggested I get a new AC unit since mine wasn’t under warranty. I decided to explore this as an option.

What I did not like was my conversation with other Tyler. He went thru a list of AC units costing from $14k-$27k. After he went thru the list of options I asked if he would send me a break down. He said because it’st decision. It broke my trust and made me feel like I was getting taken advantage of by pushing me into this decision.

I decided to get a second quote from another reputable company and it was a much lower estimate and it was a fraction of the price with no mention of a new AC.

Overall my feedback to potential customers is do your research before making any decisions.

Got the repair done should not have had to pay the 59.00 trip charge

Two weeks ago, on a Saturday, we had scheduled a large dinner party. At 10:00 the morning of the event the kitchen sink spigot lever broke off in my hand. I called Robbins and they advised us to go out and purchase a sink assembly to replace the one that was destroyed. I did so, called them back, and a professional plumber named Ron, came out right away. It was a difficult job in an extremely limited space under the sink, but he did a beautiful job, and was finished two hours before the guests arrived. We have been in Arizona for only nine months, but we have now found our plumber. They are tops.

They came.out on short notice and did and amazing job!

Recently had a very negative experience with this company. Purchased an RO system from Home Depot and this was the sub they sent for the install. A few weeks after install we noticed it was leaking. Turns out it was installed improperly. Decided to return the system, Home Depot assured us they would let delta mechanical know to we would call to have them come retrieve the system and we would be refunded for the install and the product. When we called delta they were unprofessional, rude and uncooperative. They advised they would charge $100 to come and get the unit even though the reason we needed it removed was because of their FAULTY work! Had to deal with Home Depot and they agreed it was not acceptable or in their contract to charge to correct faulty work. Home Depot is having a different more competent contractor remove it at no charge. STAY AWAY from delta mechanical, they are crooks!!
