Not sure what it’s all called, but the setup that comes into the house from the city started leaking on a Saturday afternoon. David from Deer Valley plumbing came to do the repair. He was early, professional and very patient since it started to rain while he was working. Just making his work that much tougher.

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

HAD A WATER DRIP ON OUTSIDE THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A PRICE WHEN THEY CAME OUT FOR $29.00 THEY SAID $275.00 OR $300.00 TO WELD ON A 10 CENT COPER CAP BUT SINCE I WAS A DISABLED VETERAN THEY WOULD TAKE $50.00 OFF THE PRICE. I WOULD NEVER CALL THIS OUTFIT AGAIN OR RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE. IT TOOK THEM 5 MINUTES. HAD I KNOWN THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE THAT MUCH I NEVER WOULD HAVE THEM COME OUT. I TOLD THE SERVICE GUY WHAT I THOUGHT BUT HE DIDN`T CARE HE SAID THEY GAVE ME $50.00 OFF BIG DEAL GOT A CARD IN THE MAIL TODAY FROM THEM ASKING ME IF I WANTED THEM TO COME BACK. NO THANKS

Eddy was on time and courteous. He took care of the problem with my kitchen faucet sprayer that had ceased spraying. It needed a diverter which we had, but couldn’t figure out where to put! And he was on it. Took care of the problem and got my upstairs toilet running again by replacing the valve. Excellent work couldn’t be happier.

He was professional and kind. Gabriel does quality work and is honest with what needs to be done. Glad I found someone to help with basic home repairs.

I highly recommend Road Runner Plumber. This is one of the best experiences i ever had with a company. I received a quote and scheduled my water heater replacement in under 5 minutes. The replacement was quick and I was provided with an explanation of the completed work, manufacturers warranty, and walked through the steps of how to maintain the new water heater. Support your local businesses, especially great ones like this one.

Friday morning my husband arranged thru Home Depot to have Delta Mechanical do a warranty replacement on our water heater. Delta called and would have someone at our house between noon and 3:00 pm Friday. After receiving a text that the tech was on his way, I waited over an hour with no show. I called and was told the truck had problems so not today. The service was then scheduled Saturday morning between 8:00 and 10:00. At 9:15 I called to make sure someone was on the way. Oops. The tech called in sick and no one would be able to come.

I understand truck problems and people getting sick. What I don't get is not receiving a call letting me know. Had I not called back Friday afternoon or Saturday morning I'd still be waiting for someone to show up.

Not the way to provide customer service and make you feel valued.

I will contact Rheem Monday to see if something can be worked out with the warranty thru another Rheem plumber. But I'll eat the warranty credit before I do business with Delta or Home Depot again.
