Best Electric Water Heater Repair in Glendale AZ

Had a plumbing problem with Water Heater on Saturday (9/29/18). Called it in to Robins and they dispatched a plumber and fixed it. It was not cheap, but the work was done quickly and reliably. I have used them before for a drain clearing and that was done very well. I will continue to use them in the future.

Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! Highly recommended and their scheduler/tech were absolutely professional and wonderful too!!

Not only was he very professional, but he was exceptional giving us all the information possible regarding which water heater we should get and the reasons behind it! Amazing group of people. Honest and fair! We had sewage backing into our standing shower and They came out on a Saturday at 5 pm for $180. All estimates were $300 and above. Prior to that we had estimates for pulling a gas line to our kitchen that went as high as $6300. Diamondback did it for $1800! I'm extremely happy that my wife found these guys.

I highly recommend Qualtire. They do great work! We use them for all our plumbing needs and they remodeled our kitchen, master bath and guest bath. Beautiful work!

Charged us for a new ball valve, but reused the 10 year old one, which is actively leaking. Did not plumb the new drain pan (which they damaged) to the home’s exterior, which is required in our community. Sent home owner to Home Depot to get parts at our expense because they didn’t have them on the truck. Communication has been horrible and they missed 2 appointments to return and correct the remaining issues. Now they’re saying it will be another week to come out and fix the water leak. They have not refunded us for parts we were charged for and never received.
