Best Commercial Plumbing Repair in Glendale AZ

I was looking for a company somewhat close to my new home. Bumble Bee came out and did some great work. There was an issue that came up during the work, and Bumble Bee did everything correctly to make things right. I've now signed up for their membership service and plan on using them for all of my plumbing needs. Highly recommend 100% Plumbing. We had our hot water circulating manifold replaced and added another one in our master bath. The technician Chase worked quickly to get things done. He also replaced a part he slightly damaged at no charge - Accountability and Integrity. Can't put a price tag on these values. These guys have my business for life!!

Anthony was awesome! He unclogged my kitchen sink drain about an hour or so after calling the office. He stopped by at 7pm and didn't leave me hanging until the next day. Would use them again for sure.

They are a trustworthy company who genuinely look like they love what they do! The team sent by them completely transformed the interiors of our Summer Springs home. This says a lot about their passion for the industry and their client’s wants.

We had a leak in the main water pipe; detected it on Tuesday, Armstrong replaced the whole pipe, all the way to the street, on Thursday.
$1000 less, and a week earlier, than the big, established, plumbing company.
Very professional; answered all my questions quickly and understandable; no puzzy-footing or featherbedding.
Armstrong made this disaster into a minor inconvenience.

Sun City Action Plumbers were very personable and professional service. Surveyed each job and gave an estimate of price to fix. Encouraged us to watch and gave us tips for future use. Would highly recommend.

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. We highly recommend AZ Family Plumbing Co and Thank you again Jason for all the amazing work!!

I've finally found a plumbing company I can trust completely. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them a standout in the industry.

Justin the owner is a joke. He hung up the phone on me before he even heard the whole story.

Sent them the exact plans and layout info. Then after we agreed on a price and to get on the schedule his employee said he priced it wrong and it’s significantly more.

The customer service that Justin (owner) showed was mind blowing. He didn’t listen and hung up the phone mid conversation.

Please stay far away from this company.

Now the owner is lying saying that plans were sent after the quote. It’s clearly false and happy to post all email correspondence.

Email with it clearly saying in floor layout and attachment was sent on Sunday August 7th and the bid was sent over Thursday August 11th.

So the owner lies to customers as well.

Just take responsibility for your employees actions and take care of your customers. Don’t hang up on them or screw them over again in the future.

You don’t have to lie about it to make your company look better.

I was trying to figure out which business to use for my water heater repair, but this one was the best by far! They were able to make the repair in 30 minutes and charged a fair price.

Russ is the greatest, he is a true professional and will do the job right no matter how complicated it is. Over the last year or so he has done many plumbing projects while we are renovating our home. Among some of the work he did for us are installing a new chilled and sparkling drinking water system, soft water system, replace the old shower with new one and more. He can be trusted around your home and also to do the job right the first time. I give Russ 5 Stars.

PVP installed a new water heater 26 months ago for $450, plus $50 additional for a warranty (Standard warranty install, includes pull water heater without recirc, install new warranty heater, labor misc materials including new supplies and ball valve and warranty return and paperwork, does not include upgrade fee or warranty fees charged by supply houses. Does not include replacing supplies pan, gas piping etc.). Today I discovered that the water heater was leaking. PVP sent a serviceman who informed me that although the water heater was covered by a warranty, it would cost me $475 labor to have it replaced. I consider that a breach of warranty. Buyer beware dealing with PVP. PVP does not evince the honesty and integrity that I one would expect.
