The Tech Luis was great, he was very professional and got the job done quickly. However roto rooter should be ashamed, they did not show up last night when they were supposed to. Then there policy is we throw out a ridiculous price when we get there. $450 dollars to unclog a drain are you kidding me!!! When all other companies charge $99 maybe $150 at the highest. I made a huge mistake by choosing this company. BUYER BEWARE you will be priced gouged at your weakest point. You will be reported to the BBB.

I called Deer Valley Plumbing to fix a clogged drain and they sent a plumber out the same day who fixed the issue and didn't charge me. I thought that was great! I also had them come out to assess my water heater. The plumber was able to fix it without any cost which is always fantastic when you are on a budget. They are fast

We found ourselves with major plumbing leaks to the older home we just purchased. Feeling lost and horrified at what may need to be done to fix our home was very scary. The plumbers with Roto-Rooter went above and beyond to walk us though the process of lining our cracked pipes. Troy was always calm and thorough it all he did which was a lot. He was always positive in his mission to fix our home. Chris and Dave who did the liner also went above and beyond to ensure the job was done well and that we were comfortable with the process. Roy was so good with scoping and showing us what needed to be done to get us up and being able use our water. When a jackhammer is used to access the pipes your heart hurts and the stress level rises. The staff kept us grounded and understood our pain and always understood our need in everything they did. We can not express how they made this awful experience a bit easier by caring for us as people not just a job. Thank you Troy, Roy, Chris and Dave.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

Had a clog and called to see if Simba Plumbing was available to come out. They were out in under an hour. Terrence was friendly and professional and fixed the clog quickly. Thank you.

I live in an older house with my family and we had a bad experience over the weekend. Both of our Toilets were clogged at almost the same time in the middle of the night. We tried our plunger from 99 cent store, but it was not working at all. We had no working Toiets in the house. So I took out my phone and started googling 24hr Emergency Repairs Plumbers. This was in the middle of the night and our toilets had been clogged for a while. I called about 4 peoria plumbers, couple of them answered the phone. One was too pricey, he said because its Emergency repairs and its late. The other one was reasonable and very professional. He came over within an hour and was able to unclogg our toilets with his specialized drain snake in about 30 minutes. What a life saver! Highly Recommended...

Not satisfied with service at all. We were very clear when making our appointment on what brand tankless water heater we have. No fault of the tech who was very professional, but admittedly did not have experience working on our unit. He proceeded to do what he could and $550 later our appliance is still not functioning properly. We feel misled, ripped off and taken advantage of. I have requested a call from their office to discuss the ridiculous charges and the fact that they sent a tech who doesn’t work on our brand of tankless. Very poor of Benjamin Franklin to do this. We have had positive experiences with them in the past, but there must have been a change of ownership or management and we saw that today. Look elsewhere for your tankless needs!!***UPDATE: PLEASE READ***Daryl jumped on the situation right away and was extremely helpful. He understood our frustrations and had already reviewed our service history prior to reaching out to us the next morning (6:30 AM). Daryl assigned our trouble to a more seasoned tech who was trained on our system and he had the issues cleared within an hour of arriving at our home. Benjamin Franklin (Daryl in particular) take customer satisfaction very seriously. The speed at which our complaint was responded to and rectified will not be forgotten. Thank you very much for getting us fixed up and rest assured we will continue to call you for any of our service needs.
