5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Paul at American Discount Plumbing is very knowledgeable and reliable. He came out to our house right away to check out our hot water heater that was leaking. He quoted us a great price (compared to another large plumbing company) on both the parts and installation for a tankless water heater and also a whole house water treatment system. He was very pleasant to work with and always showed up or called when he said he would and was careful to make sure the job was done right. We ended up having him also replace a 2nd water heater in our RV garage as a preventative measure. The tank would not flush as there was too much sediment build up from not flushing on a yearly basis. My mom also had her hot water heater replaced by Paul and he installed and plumbed her BBQ island sink. She was very pleased with his work also. I had a problem with a leaky outside faucet and I couldn’t get the pilot light on my water heater lit.
I send a request for service at 9:00 pm on Thursday and promptly received a reply. Service was scheduled between noon and 2 pm. Brian kept me posted on his progress and arrived at 1:30.
I felt Brian was a honest and trustworthy person. His business consist of a husband and wife team. Brian took care of both issues in a short time. I highly recommend Sound Plumbing.
