My home warranty company said it would take 4-5 days to fix or replace my water heater. So even though it would cost me, I thought that was too long. I contacted Bumble Bee and they could come out the next day. Even though it was very late in the day, the next day at 6:30 pm, Javier showed up. He was wonderful and explained everything. He spent the next 2 hours working hard to put a new water heater in and give me hot water again. It was worth it to me not to have to go for almost a week without hot water. So, good bye warranty company in the future. I will definitely recommend this family owned business for your plumbing needs.

Had a problem with the drain line from my kitchen sink Joel showed up promptly to access the problem. First tried to snake the drain but had limited success next Abdiel came over and ran the camera down the and determined the line had separated and was loaded with grease. Had to jackhammer a hole in the family room to access and repair line, Javier and Irving came over the next day and put plastic up to reduce the dust throughout the house, they did an excellent job and repaired the line and fixed the floor, cleaned up the job when finished and I was pleased with their work, Joel came back and made sure the line was clear and working properly, it took a little time but he accomplished the mission, The whole process was professional and I am happy with the results. Would recommend this crew for your plumbing needs.

We use Don Jones Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs on our rental properties and personal home. Don is very communicative by phone and text and always get to our service orders quickly. We've never once had any issues with their work which is also why we've been using them for years and will continue to in the future. Highly recommend!

After calling many other local plumbing businesses this morning (and wasting my time with them), I called Roto-Rooter and they sent someone out a few hours later to unclog my sewer line. Jhonatan was friendly, professional and courteous. He made sure the drains were clear and free so I wouldn't have further issues. I am very happy and will call Roto-Rooter 1st from now on.

Had a pipe that was dripping inside the wall and needed a plumber asap! E.R. Tankless &Plumbing was available to come within the hour and was able to fix my pipe!

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Full disclosure: I had contacted them for a quote on a new water heater. We did not end up choosing them however I felt like it was necessary to leave a review, especially since I’m a disabled woman who lives alone. People tend to look down on me for being disabled/ a woman & God I can’t tell you how nice it was to be treated respectfully. My review is geared to my interactions- from the women in the office, Shianne & Alyssa, to the plumber that came out, Lupe. Lord does this company higher staff with PERSONALITY! It was so REFRESHING!Let’s first talk about the women who work in the office- Shianne & Alyssa. They were knowledgeable, QUICK responsive and best of all FUNNY!I’ve been (still am tbh) so freaking stressed about all the things my condo needs & been (again…still am) reaching out to several different companies for multiple quotes etc,..it’s like PULLING TEETH (which is ridiculous like I’m trying to give you money here!). With Bumble Bee? I’m telling you I actually enjoyed every interaction. My spine is collapsing and stress plays a huge factor- I appreciate the way manages to take away someof it; truly a talent.Next up I want to speak about the plumber who came out- Lupe. Alyssa told me that I’d really like him & boy was she right! Lupe felt like an old friend. He told me how much he loved working for Bubble Bee and boy you can tell.I have to take nerve pills & they make me super forgetful… I always need to ask the same question 2, 3, 4, times. People tend to loose patience with, however Lupe treated me like a person, something that many people don’t since the pandemic. They look at disabled people as a burden or annoying- even if it’s during an opportunity to make money. Instead he was kind, reassuring & very knowledgeable.Living alone while being disabled makes me feel Incredibly venerable. I don’t live in the best area & have had to deal with a gunman on my patio along with a man exposing himself to me on the light rail. Having someone come into my house & knowing I can’t defend myself can be scary. I didn’t feel like that with Lupe. Plus my abused rescue cat loved him (I was shocked!).Again, I want to say thank you. Whoever is in charge of hiring is nailing it! Unfortunately we went with someone else because they were priced lower… But in the future I will still be contacting them them for plumbing… They had told me they have like a club membership that helps cut the cost when you have smaller issues. I’ll definitely be joining it.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

I got some crazy prices to install a couple new water heaters. Rapid fire plumbing gave me a very reasonable price and did the job quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I had low hot water pressure at my shower. I called Courtesy MH Plumbing.So glad I did! Jeremy was prompt, personable and professional. He knows mobile homes! The company was great at scheduling to get my water heater installed ASAP. The two plumbers who installed my water heater were very professional and kept me informed of every step.
