I had 50 feet of sewer line replaced. They originally tried to fix the issue by re-strapping the pipe and getting the correct slope but it didn't work. I was upset because they said they would credit like 50% of what I paid for that job towards the new job but I wanted to do the replacement originally and not the fix or repair option. I talked to the manager and he agreed to credit the entire amount to the new job. I had Richard Ensinger do the 50 feet of sewer line replacement. I had to request him through the manager because he felt confident and more eager to do the job. He was thorough and helpful in explaining everything to me. If it weren't for Richard Ensinger, the manager, and the supervisor, my rating wouldn't be as high. All of them helped provide excellent service and is the reason I'm giving them 5 stars. They made everything right and provided excellent customer service. I will use this company in the future if I need anything and I will request Richard Ensinger because he was awesome! Thanks bumblebee plumbing for fixing my sewer lines.

What a pleasure to use AZ Family Plumbing! As a first time home owner I have had to deal with quite a few mediocre company's, but AZ Family Plumbing couldn't be further away on that spectrum! Jason was on time, super friendly, explained the repairs, and went above and beyond checking my back flow valve for my water system! I can not recommend Jason and this company enough, Thank you for saving the day!

Shout out to Vicente for showing up on time and being able to fix my garbage disposal issue that no one else was able to get done your company was my lucky Cham 3rd company I called!! Works amazing no longer clogged and drains perfect after him finding the issue and getting the job quick and professional!! We use Don Jones Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs on our rental properties and personal home. Don is very communicative by phone and text and always get to our service orders quickly. We've never once had any issues with their work which is also why we've been using them for years and will continue to in the future. Highly recommend!

I have used Jv7 plumbing for AC work in the past and have always had a good experience. I recently contacted Jv7 plumbing for some Plumbing work at my other residences and I am so happy that I did. The guy (Jose) who came out to my home was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, worked quickly and went over everything with me. Very happy with the service. Roland was very personable and professional. We had a few other plumbing companies come out to try and survey our situation and they either couldn’t figure out what was needed to solve the issue or gave us outrageous quotes. Roland was very knowledgeable, honest, and fast. He gave us a fair quote and was able to come out and get the problem fixed within a few hours. Havn’t experienced any more issues since. If you need a good plumber, I highly recommend giving him a call

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

I found Tom through a recommendation of a neighbor on the Next Door app. I'm so glad I did! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional,licensed, bonded and insured.
. He did a great job removing my old shower and installing new shower. It was 44 years old as was the plumbing behind it. He replaced all old pipes with nice, solid copper pipe. He dug out the old drain and replaced that. He added wood to studs to anchor the grab bars properly. And he and his helper did it all from 8:30 am to 4 pm in a single day!
I had a small issue , it needed a bit more caulk as it shrank a bit in spots as it dried. Tom came back out the next day and spent 45 minutes finishing caulking and checking drain. He was so nice about it and wanted to make absolutely certain job was done right and I was happy.
I am very satisfied with the quality job Tom did for me and will have him back for other plumbing projects in the future.

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

New to Arizona/Phoenix/Scottsdale. Hot water not working in the house the day we moved in. Its a little intimidating to know where to start when you are in unfamiliar surroundings. Found reference to Bumble Bee on the hot water tank. Not sure I have had service like this in any industry, let alone plumbing. I have never met a more humble, conscientious, hard working tradesperson. Javier was a pleasure to have in our home. He quickly provided an array of options for us to fix the problem, and also identified a pressure valve and shutoff valve issue at the same time and got that fixed. The kind of service Javier (as well as the others I interacted with) delivered is cultural in a company, established from the top down. Not just an individual. Javier was clearly proud to represent the company. Am certain there are less expensive service providers, but I won't be calling anyone else in the future. Thx Javier. Thx Bumble Bee.
