Technician was on time, actually early, called to inform us he was coming, fixed all things promptly. It did cost $196 to fix a simple kitchen faucet leak taking about 30 minutes of time. It also cost $202 to fix two toilet fill valves in our Toto toilets though actual Toto parts were not used. Instead $8 valves were used, totaling for both jobs $399 for 1 hour of work. In the invoice, there was also no separation between parts and labor or any delineation of a labor cost per time unit or job which would have been nice.

I've used Robins Plumbing for years. I would highly recommend them as they are consistently on time, professional, quick and efficient. All the technicians are great, but Autumn is super thorough and detail oriented. I’d use Robins Plumbing just to have Autumn fix the problem!

I called Rapid Fire yesterday as water was gushing out of an outside pipe. Tom instructed me to turn off my main water supply. He stated was in Phoenix finishing a job and would be to Mayer in 2 hours. He was a man of his word. I sent him pictures of the problem prior to his arrival. When he arrived, he was professional, prepared, and repaired the problems quickly. I would recommend Rapid Fire to anyone needing plumbing fixes quickly and efficiently.
