I had been using another company to fix my water problems for a long time. They always fell short of their goals, never met their schedules, and did average work. Since this neighborhood plumbing company was so great, I switched to them. They show up on time and do great work every time.

We had Jesse Escobar come out to repair our bathroom faucet that wouldn’t turn off. Not only did he fix it, he went above and beyond by adjusting it to turn easier (it was resisting before), and adjusted the way it turns after I told him my children struggle to turn it. Before him, we had a different plumber come out who didn’t fix it at all. Jesse got it fixed and perfect for us. We will definitely be using him again for any future plumbing issues!

I had struggled to find a plumbing company that would come to So. Phx. I had called two other referrals to no avail. One call to your company and a Plumber was sent the same day within 2 hours. When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

These guys saved my apartment when 2 leaks sprang up in the same day. They were quick, on time, and inexpensive. I would definitely recommend using them.

I would like to share my experience with this plumber who I had
the misfortune to hire. He is NOT a licensed plumber. See for yourself,
go see if you can find his name in the AZ Registrar of Contractors.
He was supposed to do a plumbing job for my business, collected the
money, and never completed the job. I filed a complaint with the AZ
Registrar of Contractors; I received a response stating that I had been
victimized, and that they would pursue my case. At the last minute,
the Maricopa County Attorney wrote me a letter deciding that he would
not file criminal charges against this grifter--because there is no likelihood of conviction at trial. After all this, getting my response,
paperwork, going through a police line up, and no prosecution.
No wonder there are so many scammers out there.
