Best Tankless Water Heater in Glendale AZ

I was so very impressed with our technician, Shade! The pilot light went out on out hot water heater on a Saturday night. Not only was the entire staff at Benjamin Franklin very responsive, but Shade was professional, competent and went above and beyond. He not only got our heater started, but also taught us how to do this in the future and gave us excellent advice for how to prevent this problem and when to replace our water heater. It is a rare find to have service that is responsive, professional, informative and genuinely interested in our well being!Also, I never post reviews but felt compelled as I have had so many negative experiences in the past.

Mike M came out on time to fix an ongoing plumbing issue. Mike was polite and professional and seemed to have more knowledge and understanding than the multiple other plumbers I've had out over the years. Old Republic Home Warranty dispatched this company to install RO system as replacement on 10/08/2021. Long story short, the plumber installed incorrectly and the RO tank ended up leaking and was then leaking everywhere. My kitchen wall was ruined, the carpet, and baseboard behind the wall on the other side was ruined. I had to call my Homeowners insurance and opened a claimed. I called Big G plumbing to get them to fix this issue but of course no answer. I left a voicemail. As of today 10pm on 10/09/2021, I still dont have a callback and i have a ruined home. I strongly do not recommend this company.

Bad service they are an agency not an actual plumbing company. They take your phone number and give it to all the plumbing companies and you'll have your phone number blown up with calls.
