Best Plumbing Issue in Glendale AZ

I was parked next to these guys at a gas station. I had my three I’ll turn on the car and for some reason my car died and would not start. I asked his guys if they had a quick second to help me. But no they couldn’t take a second out of their time to help a lady out. I hope if Their mom or sister or aunt ever get into a situation where they need a jump they’ll be a nice man to help them out is that what you’re supposed to do for your neighbor it’s like Christmas time so I would never ever recommend them or use them or their business

Replaced 2 valves. Jack did a good job.
Will ask for him next time we need a plumber.

Paul was very responsive when Fri eve scheduled water heater install and got to working on it right away Sat. Morning with a unit slightly wider-rounded. He made a few pipe cuts to realign the coupling differences with proper care and was doing quality work at a reasonable rate. Fine and honest work ethics. So far so good!

So i've been doing a lot of work on our house over the last year or so and wanted to run a gas line from the meter to our stove and to our bbq. I had originally gotten estimates from about 5 different places and Apache was very reasonable based on all of the estimates I was given. However, even their estimate was a bit more than i was prepared for at the time so I put it off. Fast forward a year and now, knowing the expected prices I called Apache back and set up the gas run. I received an updated estimate with 2 different prices based on 2 different run options. Called them back (Monday), advised them which option I wanted and was able to schedule the work for the upcoming Friday. They showed up on time and got right to work. Frank and Richard are both great guys and very friendly. I had laid some pavers last year and asked that the line be run under the pavers up into the bbq and they were able to accommodate. The caveat being that the run was only a couple feet otherwise, i would have had to go a different route. It took them a total of 2 days to get the work done and the only reason it even took that long was the ground being so hard to get under the pavers. The company on the first day even sent a 2nd crew out to assist to try to get it done. Frank and Richard came back out the 2nd day and wrapped it up early first thing in the morning. Apache also took care of the permit piece as well; we got inspected 2 days later and were given the green tag. It was late in the day that we were given the greenlight so Apache wasnt able to come until the 2nd day after the inspection which was completely understandable to me, even beyond my expectations as I expected their calendar to be full but they were there and backfilled the trench and even went so far as to help me hook up the conversion kit to the grill! Very nice guys and Dorothy in the office is super friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use Apache again... in fact, I'm about to install a bib in the garage at my water softener (wash cars without spotting) and will definitely be using Apache for that as well. Late response, thank you Casey for coming out on Christmas Eve day, in the rain, to fix a dripping water heater that apparently has been dripping for a long time. As I whined about the price, Casey explained the reasons behind it. I get it! Will definitely use Rooter again!

We were referred to Brian and his team at Sound plumbing as we had a water heater that was leaking. So we gave him a call and he answered our call and was very friendly. He was able to get over to us the same day. he arrived on time and even let us know that he was in route. While at the house he did such a great job on the water heater we had him help us with a bathroom remodel project we had been working on. He installed the new vanity and sink and replaced our toilet and helped put in a new handle in our shower to match the new hardware. overall we are very please with his work and the price we will be using him again. ( he is going to come to our office and fix a slow drain issue we are having. Thank you brian for providing the best plumbing services and customer service.

Miles is a super hero! He came to our rescue when I called early Saturday morning because every drain in my guest bathroom was backed up and over flowing, it was disgusting!! I didn’t know what to do myself and honestly if I did, I would have a called anyhow! He was fast to respond fixed whatever my issue was ( main drain clogged and shower). Pricing was more than reasonable. I highly recommend!

Bad service they are an agency not an actual plumbing company. They take your phone number and give it to all the plumbing companies and you'll have your phone number blown up with calls.
