Very happy with the service from ER plumbing! After calling around to a few other companies no one was able to replace our water heater tank same day. ER plumbing came out quickly, and were able to get the same brand tank locally and replace it same day! Hopefully we won’t have another plumbing issue but if we do we’ll call ER plumbing first.

While running our washing machine, the kitchen sink started backing up. Called Bumble Bee and they got to us within a couple hours. Donny was professional, took care of business while explaining what he was doing. He did a great job and even gave tips to help keep the drains clean. Fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Would 10000% recommend. Also.. they quoted me 8-10am work time and they were on time! I was expecting like most other companies to show up whenever they wanted, but 8 on the dot they were at my house.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Mike is the best! He quickly responded to my message and came over to assess an issue I was having with my shower not having hot water. He took apart everything to see what the issue was. Even after appropriately diagnosing the problem, he did not pressure me to follow through with hiring him to fix the problem and still put everything back together. He went out of his way to check for a certain part at the store just to let me know it was in stock! His pricing is extremely fair and he is just a great person to work with. I found Mike to be down to earth and I will make sure to keep his contact information and to share with others! Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. They set up a new outdoor tankless water heater, combined the main house with the guest house, eliminating both a gas and electric water heater.
