5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

I broke a pipe leading to my bathtub called up sunstate plumbing. Ron came out and the pipe fixed in little under 2 hours. I was quite impressed. I recommend for sure.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Rapid fire plumbing is the best. I called and Tom was here the next morning bright and early. He was here most of the day because there was more to the job than first thought. He was very professional and patient and plus he cleaned up when he was done. I would recommend this company to anyone and they are very reasonable.

I had them replace the cartridge in a Moen kitchen faucet and install a little tank to heat the water quickly. It seemed like a fairly simple job but they charged me $568! But what is worse is that after they put the faucet back together the handle was loose and floppy. Within a week it broke off. I had to replace the whole faucet. So all together the experience cost over $1000! Get your estimate first with these guys and ask for a guarantee!

Called them on Thursday, by Friday afternoon they had both AC units replaced and working! Great service and great price too. Easy to work with and got the work done as promised.

I called 24/7 Plumbing & Rooterman because of a constantly plugged toilet. The serviceman fixed it once but it occurred again, not their fault. He explained that the builder grade toilet are rougher farther inside so the paper gets stuck. We bought and had him replace both toilets, better ones, voila, problem fixed. I really appreciated his work, advice and promptness.

We had a small miscommunication on pricing on our last visit as pricing is typically always given beforehand, our situation was unique but in the end tall was clarified by the Service Manager and was wrapped up to satisfaction. We have a large remod/addition coming up that has then already slated in as our plumber, would recommend to others!
