Best Water Heaters Plumbing in Glendale AZ

I am a very frequent customer of this store and the staff is very nice to me, the reason I'm leaving a five star review however is because I left my wallet at the store one day and an employer called my cell to tell me where'd I left it before I even noticed it was gone XD

Tommy was professional and courteous. He messaged me to tell me he was on his away. When he arrived he quickly got to work, explained the problem and repaired. I will be definitely using this business for any future plumbing needs.

We had problems with our tankless water heater and our water pressure. They came out to fix the problem and showed us how to maintain it ourselves in the future. Extremely satisfying service.

I called Deer Valley Plumbing to fix a clogged drain and they sent a plumber out the same day who fixed the issue and didn't charge me. I thought that was great! I also had them come out to assess my water heater. The plumber was able to fix it without any cost which is always fantastic when you are on a budget. They are fast

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

We have had the pleasure of working with Isaiah from Christian Brothers on two separate properties this month. Isaiah was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done very thoroughly. We were very impressed with with his work and professionalism. We will definitely request him for any future electrical work. We also found the office staff to be pleasant and helpful.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

After our home warranty company referred 2 companies to replace our water heater that were either inept or unavailable, we contacted Home Depot. They use Delta Mechanical. The gentleman that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and professional. He tried to get a tech to our house same day but being afternoon, that didn’t work out. The next morning Ivan showed up as scheduled at 8am. He was very polite and got straight to work. He finished our vented gas water heater install in less than 2 hours!! We’re very very pleased with Delta Mechanical!

Owner is a unprofessional and rude. Don’t trust this business with your money.
