I had a new toilet installed and corroded outside pipes replaced. The price was fair and everything is great. David did a great job and was careful to leave everything clean. I’m a repeat customer and will use Deer Valley Plumbing again.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! Highly recommended and their scheduler/tech were absolutely professional and wonderful too!!

When attempting to schedule an appointment to replace a kitchen sink faucet I was told a technician would have to come out in order to provide me with options and estimates. It seemed they could not give me a high-level estimate without coming out. I was also told the normal service charge to come out is $69, but it would be waived as part of a summer special. When the technician arrived the estimate provided was really high and since I wasn't going forward with the work, he wanted to charge $69. When confronted with what was told to me on the phone to waive the fee, he backed off an left. Very deceptive business practice.

Called Christian Brothers to diagnose a problem with our showers. The plumber was polite and we were willing to go ahead and proceed with them completing the job. The tech said he would be back the next day (Saturday) to pull the part and make the repair. We were then called that day and rescheduled due to them not being able to get the part. We were told to call first thing Monday morning and set something up. We did and were scheduled for Tuesday 3-5p. At 4:50p, we received a phone call from one of their sales reps asking if we were going to go ahead and proceed with the work. It was explained that we were expecting them that day to complete the work. We were then rescheduled to Thurs night. Thurs night, the plumber came and pulled the part and said he would call first thing Friday morning to arrange the repair. I waited all day and never heard, when we contacted them in the afternoon and when the plumber finally called us back he said that they had to order the part and he would be in touch on Monday. Monday comes around and we again have to initiate contact to find out what is going on and get no answers. At this point, we asked the dispatcher to have our part returned to us so that we can pursue a company who will actually complete the repair. Our estimate was around $1000, a little pricey but we were willing to pay to get the work done so that both of our showers would be in working order. Now, I think we will be lucky to even get our part back.

The whole process was very easy. Booking was smooth and they were flexibile with rescheduling due to me being sick. Once they were able to get in they did a great job diagnosing the issue with our tub and connecting us with the appropriate resources due to the extent of our plumbing issues.

Autumn and Damon did a great job educating us on the issue, explaining our options, and reassuring us that it would be ok! They are super appreciated, especially given the severity of the plumbing issues they found.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

I had a situation with my sink that ended up as user error. I was pretty embarrassed but only for a second. Marco Prieto was so understanding and nice it put me right at ease. I would definitely use and recommend Reddi Services again!

After our home warranty company referred 2 companies to replace our water heater that were either inept or unavailable, we contacted Home Depot. They use Delta Mechanical. The gentleman that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and professional. He tried to get a tech to our house same day but being afternoon, that didn’t work out. The next morning Ivan showed up as scheduled at 8am. He was very polite and got straight to work. He finished our vented gas water heater install in less than 2 hours!! We’re very very pleased with Delta Mechanical!
