I am very handy and can make or fix just about anything but when it comes to plumbing I leave it to Roland with E.R. Tankless & Plumbing. What would take me 2-3 hours of hard work and frustration Roland can do in 1/2 hour and do it RIGHT! He has helped me on multiple occasions and I have not been disappointed yet.

Drains were draining slowly in the house from the laundry room to the sinks and showers, and Donny was available to come out to my place in just 30 minutes. He was here for an hour, got everything in the main house drain unblocked and cleaned out. Everything is very clearly flowing much better. If we are in need of plumbing services, I'll be calling Donny again.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Mike was such a pro. He ran into some issues with the machine he was using, which was not a big deal at all to us, but he quickly addressed the issue, finished the job well, and told us we didn’t have to pay because of the inconvenience. Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Charged us for a new ball valve, but reused the 10 year old one, which is actively leaking. Did not plumb the new drain pan (which they damaged) to the home’s exterior, which is required in our community. Sent home owner to Home Depot to get parts at our expense because they didn’t have them on the truck. Communication has been horrible and they missed 2 appointments to return and correct the remaining issues. Now they’re saying it will be another week to come out and fix the water leak. They have not refunded us for parts we were charged for and never received.
