Jack from Maloney Plumbing is absolutely great. I recently used him to adjust my water softener. He knew what to do. My husband and I just moved into a new house we had built. The builder's plumber was terrible. Jack fixed all of the things they did incorrectly. I preferred calling him and paying for these repairs rather than having people in my home who don't do things correctly. I will continue to use Jack at Maloney Plumbing because he's knowledgeable, neat and a nice guy.

My wife and I were fortunate to have utilized 24/7 Water Conditioning & Plumbing in Peoria, AZ for a potential water softener issue and to correct something on our water purification system. Jan at their office, and Gerardo our service technician, were professional, friendly, and informative. They were also extremely fair regarding the cost of the service in relation to what actually needed to be done. We would highly recommend others to give 24/7 a chance to earn their business. Hired Simba through the Thumbtack app for a Reverse Osmosis system install under my kitchen sink (bought the system myself). They were very quick to respond and provide an estimate, then scheduled an appointment within 48 hours. Service technician arrived early and finished quickly. System looks good and works great. Would definitely hire them again for future plumbing needs.

Jack arrived on time. He was professional and solved my problems. He explained everything and showed the out door lines, visually, explaining as he went. Very interesting. Problem solved by a little plunging.

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.
