Jordan was on site waiting when I arrived. He was professional in his estimating, even letting me know the steps needed to do it myself as an option. He installed our custom toilet while answering the myriad of questions I threw at him.

Had Sav-On come back to replace all the frozen turnoff valves after they did such a great job on the urgent faucet repair. I’m helping my mom with some of the things that have been neglected over time, and Sav-On has been very helpful to us in that process.

I really shy away from companies who don’t clean up after themselves. I’m someone who is pretty vocal and so when I say that Peoria Water Heaters are professional and incredibly neat and tidy while carrying out a job, believe me! You won’t be disappointed!

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

Company did a test I wasn't notified at the time that was going to cost me over $2000.00. nothing was done to my house, but the so-called test and fan that was left in my home for 2 days , I'm sure I had to pay for that too. Feels like I've been scammed.

Roger was recommended by a friend and installed a soft water system, replaced hose bibs and repaired a shower mixing valve for our recently purchased home. I really appreciated how he walked us through the process on what needed to be done and then he promptly made these repairs for the price and timeframe that he committed to. What a pleasure to use AZ Family Plumbing! As a first time home owner I have had to deal with quite a few mediocre company's, but AZ Family Plumbing couldn't be further away on that spectrum! Jason was on time, super friendly, explained the repairs, and went above and beyond checking my back flow valve for my water system! I can not recommend Jason and this company enough, Thank you for saving the day!

Champion sent Andrew to look at a plumbing issue for us. He found a large problem -- pipe under ground had broken. He had his supervisor come over to check it out as well. Jason and Andrew showed me, via their pipe camera, that the pipe had indeed failed. My house is 60 years old , so repairs were not a complete surprise...but never easy to hear.
Andrew had to dig, dig, dig! He worked diligently to fix the problem.
Andrew did an excellent job of accessing the situation, thinking of the game plan, and implementing it with success.
