We moved to the northwest valley 11 months ago and in need of establishing a relationship with a plumbing company. Our anti-syphon valve began leaking. I saw all the great reviews on Google for Armstrong Plumbing, so I called and Roger, the owner, answered the phone. I received a confirmation of my appointment in advance and when Roger was on his way with arrival time. He is professional and thorough and reasonably priced. We will call upon him again when the need arises.

Sun City Action Plumbers were very personable and professional service. Surveyed each job and gave an estimate of price to fix. Encouraged us to watch and gave us tips for future use. Would highly recommend.

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. I had 2 toilets installed which also included two new shut off valves, the price for just the toilets was competitive and included the toilet seat which the competitor's price did not include. The toilets are American Standard Cadet which does have a powerful flush. My original install date got postponed and rescheduled for a week later and I received $50 off the original price quoted. Install went fairly well, although the technician did wear foot coverings I did have a stain on my carpet from what appeared to be the from stepping in a piece of the old wax ring. I felt the self closing toilet seats installed were cheap mainly because they were plastic and not because they didn't work correctly. I ended up replacing them with self closing wood seat which are much sturdier. One of the toilet tank tops didn't seat real well and rocked when pushed on. The company called and wanted to survey my experience, when I made these issues known they immediately agreed to come out to handle my complaints, they day after Drake drake came out he brought a new tank top which fits great and he cleaned the carpet stains. It should be known that he was not the technician who installed the toilets. The only complaint I have is the toilet seats, had I known they were going to be plastic which I didn't realize until after the technician had left I would have preferred to have the choice of purchasing and installing my own which I ended up doing myself anyway. All in all I was happy with the service I received , would use them again which I plan to do and recommended them as a reputable plumbing company.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

After two other plumbers could not determine the reason for the low water pressure in our new utility sink we called in the best plumber. We spoke with Michael in the morning. He showed up when he said he would and he solved the issue within a half hour. He explained the problem and the solution. He was very professional, honest and thorough. I will not hesitate to contact Michael at Phay Plumbing Services for any future plumbing issues we may have. Thank you Michael!
