Best Air Conditioning Maintenance in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

The Tech was very quick and efficient

Frederick and Sons lied to us about the work they were going to complete and what would be required in order to repair my A/C. After they left, I climbed on the roof and saw they had not completed what they said would need to be done. They over charged me. They were rude and unprofessional once they were confronted with the dishonest service and simply stated that we paid so much because of their knowledge and got a break on our price because they could have charged more for their knowledge and trade skills. I . Called several other companies after speaking to them and every last one of them quoted me a much cheaper cost! Inspect what you expect should you choose to call them!

We were purchasing a new home and needed a sewer inspection ASAP. Darrell came out the next day and did an excellent job.

Very satisfied with price and service., major job due to a main line water break under our front porch/patio. Work was done same day after Trevor gave us a reasonable estimate. Professional service from Trevor and Chris, they made sure we were happy with every aspect before they departed. We highly recommend them!

Tyler helped getting Ac to work perfectly. He's very professional. He explains things and the options avaliable in simple terms. Once you deal with him, you'll ask for him by name the next time you need the service.

I took my chances and Googled a sewer jetting company and Mason Pro Services popped up. I gave them a call within moments David was scheduled to go out! David performed professionally and quickly keeping me in the loop at all times even provided photos of the sewer line issues! The ladies in the office were also very professional getting all the required information the first time. Seriously, a no brainer here…if you have plumbing issues call Mason Pro Services they were excellent!!! I will be using them again!

GREAT custumer service very knowledgable and personable technicians. Vrry fast. Did everything they could to solve problems before leaving and cleaned up nice after themselves. Coming back to finish up in day cause it was too late to start digging but made sure they got us on books right away. Great company to work with

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. We are very happy with Wheeler Air Conditioning. Our ac wasn’t working and it was 106 degrees outside. We called Wheeler and they had the technician Cody out to our house within an hour. We are very happy with the timely response and they didn’t take financial advantage of the unfortunate situation we were in.
