I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Frederick & Sons has done some work on our plumbing for the last few years. Every time they have come out the guys have been very efficient and nice. Explaining what they did and answering any questions. The jobs they have done have not been less than perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.

We subscribe to the member service, and have yet to be disappointed. EZ Flow technicians are always professional, on time, provide reasonable time windows, and perform good service. We use them for our home and our rental property!

Just spoke with Thomas over at Delta regarding a water heater install, and while we haven't used their services yet, I was EXTREMELY impressed by his knowledge, his attention to detail, and his friendliness--I've spoken to a lot of business reps and customer service folks over the phone, and he really set the bar for the rest of them. He was able to answer every question and then some, really paid attention to us, and tried not to keep us on the phone forever (but he was a real pleasure to talk to). His professionalism really instilled a lot of confidence in the company, and certainly earned our business. Get this guy watching all the phones lol!

Gold Star is absolutely first class. They are probably more professional than your brain surgeon! Most importantly, they fully kept me informed the what, why, and when of what they would be doing during our sewer line replacement. Even when they encountered some unexpected issues, they stayed with their original estimate. I'd certainly use them again.

The response was almost immediate. He takes great care of his customers. Charged less than I was assuming based on previous repairs from big name companies. You get all the experience while still being treated fair.
