I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got from Rick Shultz at Water Heaters West. He was very prompt and had my water heater fixed in about 10 minutes! I had other professional companies look at it and they were nightmares! I am so happy with the service I got today. I am so grateful.

Had a pretty significant sewer clog and Dax took care of it lickety split. Costs weren’t crazy either.

Tony was awesome. He explained all the problem with the 40is year old valves and all the weird plumbing that had been done over the years. Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Anthony was here in 30 minutes!! Figured out the problem and fixed it! I thought I was gonna be hanging around a plumber all night and instead it only took a small amount of time, 45 minutes. He was super kind, friendly and informative!

David confirming the appointment we were impressed. David arrived on time, was informative and helpful and got the job done the same day! We love that they carry most items on the truck thus giving the customer quick and efficient service. We definitely will call Camcor for all our plumbing needs.
