I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. He made the process very easy and quick. Thank you again! Much appreciated!

We have used Travis & Sons Plumbing on numerous occasions. None of these occasions was planned and were emergencies. They were very quick to respond, extremely professional, and always able to get the job done in a very timely manner. We have come to rely on them heavily when in need of any type of plumbing work. Mason and Saul came out at the end of a dual bathroom remodel when our drainage test wasn't performing as we'd like for two showers. They charged the regular price and stayed until the water drained properly. We found out we weren't at fault for the clog, but took care of it for our client anyway. They did a great job. Thank you.

I would definitely recommend Phend Plumbing. I had a suspected leak in my garage under my kids bathroom. I called and set something up right away. Gino came out and inspected the ceiling in the garage, checked the toilet and bath, and determined the problem. He also fixed the running of the toilet which was just annoying. Very reasonably priced, great service. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Perfect.

Scott is very good at what he does. He was able to identify the problem quickly and fix the plumbing problem very quickly as well. He is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend.

We were truly disappointed in the lack of communication from A+ Plumbing tonight. We scheduled an appt. with a man over the phone several weeks ago for 4pm this Monday. At no point did the man inform us that the 4pm time was an approximation. We specifically took several hours off work in order to accommodate the appt time. When 5:15p rolled around, we decided to call A+ Plumbing. The secretary did not know who was supposed to be arriving at our home, nor did she know when he'd be there. She ended up having the owner call me back. I asked the owner when the technician would be arriving and he simply stated that he was on his way, but did not give a time. When I asked if he thought the $75 service fee was fair after we'd already waited, and would be kept waiting, he hotly told me, Well, I'm not giving it to you for free. He then proceeded to have no knowledge of who scheduled my appt time, and he blamed his employee for giving us a set time, not a time range. We can be understanding that other appts run over - all we wanted was the courtesy of a call to let us know our technician would be significantly late. All in all, we did not expect to have a free service. However, some kind of discount would have been appreciated since it was obvious there was a clear miscommunication or poor training on A+'s part. We hoped that the owner especially, would have been more apologetic, and polite in clarifying the practices of his service. We will not be referring any friends or family to this company in the future, and are happy to pay a more reliable, friendly company double the money for their expertise.

Received excellent service from Brian on July 4th weekend. Their pricing is very competitive and he takes the time to explain process as well as individual tasks if you are interested. Presents a very professional demeanor; he has the proper tools and brings them in prior to starting job once he completes his assessment. I had mentioned I was having a problem with a specific part and he stopped at a store prior to arriving so he would have that part if necessary. Highly recommend this company.
