Best Video Inspection in Gilbert AZ

Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!

Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. DO NOT GO HERE! I never leave bad reviews but oh my gosh they were terrible! We made an appointment online and then called to verify the time for the Next day they verified and said they would call 30 min before apt. Then we never heard from them the next day. We called after the scheduled time slot to see why they didn’t show and they said the tech assigned to us did not work that day…. They said they would call us the next morning, and they did not. So we called them and they said they could come between 10 and 2. They called us back an hour later saying just so you know it will cost $505 to do the job, without us even explaining what we needed done. All that we needed was for them to come out and look at our water/ sewer line. To make sure we can drain our pool. We tried explaining and the guys just said “yeah that’s what we charge because it will take me at least 3 hours.” Anyways they are non responsive and have terrible customer service.

Just came home from vacation to find the toilet still leaking after getting a very expensive toilet overhaul and having them come back for a second time. On the plus side, they were timely and courteous. Getting a second opinion about the work done.

We just got out RO system installed and it's been great! We called this week and they came out right away. Kyle was friendly, quick and efficient. He installed the RO with no problem and told us about the system. I would highly recommend using this company.

Great experience all around, the gentleman showed up on time and got right to work! He was clean, friendly and very diligent. My toilet, which I thought was going to flood my entire house, was quickly repaired and left better than new. Couldn't be more pleased, will use again and again.

Jonathan was super helpful, very courteous and took the time to explain what needed to be done to remedy our situation which turned out to be an aerator needing to be replaced. I would definitely recommend EZ Flow.

I called Beach Plumbing about a leaking hose bib in my backyard and within a couple hours Mike let me know he was on his way. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, the faucet was soldered in place and he had to replace it. He had all the tools and a replacement with him and he got the job done in just half an hour. I'm very happy with how quickly he responded and took care of it for me and he was very professional and courteous. He also shared helpful info with me about my water heater even though he didn't work on it and I thought that was very nice of him. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
