We had a leaking pipe and someone was able to come within a two hours of me calling to have it fixed. Tyler was timely and professional and did a great job!

My rating is minus 5 stars.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!
The company is not reliable and dishonest. It took them 2.5 months to receive a replacement garbage disposal and many phone call that they don't bother to return. When they did finally show up with the part, they installed it but disabled my water filter.
Do not use them unless you want to spend your money and time.

Brian was out within an hour for our emergency call. Checked all the indoor plumbing and attempted to clear a significant main sewer line back up until well after dark. He made it so I could use the bathroom and shower until the line could be cleared fully. We rescheduled for a time during the day so Michael and Brian could run a camera down the line and use high pressure air. They cleared the line of some tree roots past our property and found a cracked pipe caused by digging behind the property. Many thanks to both Brian and Michael who worked with our crazy schedule and during a challenging time. I recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Fast, reliable, thorough, and reasonably priced. I have never experienced excellent service as Mr. Rooter plumbing. The problem I was having several times over the past years was fixed and done fantastic. No one In the past Could permanently figure out what the problem was . Oscar did Solve that problem and within hours. .... On the same day I called, which was the first time I called Mr. Ruder Plumbing . They did diagnose and fix the water Issue.

Erik was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process of getting a new water heater, along with his helpfulness of many other service related questions regarding our plumbing and water softener.... I wouldn't hesitate recommending their services to anyone looking for professional and personable people that care for their customers.

To start off, one star is too generous of a rating. Randy came to do plumbing work at my mother's house. After walking around the toilet and inspecting the problem, he told me he had an appointment at 6:00 PM and he had to get his auger. He came to the house at 5:55 PM and left at 5:57 PM. I thought he was going to run to his truck and get the auger but never returned. What kind of plumber does not carry his tools in his vehicle? I figured he went to his 6 PM appointment and would return but to no avail. He claimed he came back and waited 10 minutes at the door but never rang the doorbell nor called. Randy was very rude to my sister who was the contact person.
