Best Soft Water System in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. He made the process very easy and quick. Thank you again! Much appreciated!

They do not service any of the equipment we have, therefore this visit was of no value.

Over the last 12 months I've had to replace a water heater, bathtub faucet, outside faucet and garbage disposal. All were done by Phend. The plumbers are knowledgeable friendly and do a good job. And, they come on time. I will use them again when I need a plumber. Used them again 04/14/2020

I have used Aspen twice now and both times they were prompt, friendly, careful and honest. I appreciated them. The first time my water heater was leaking and they found my water heater was under warranty still and Scott got it for me for free! So only paid for his services. Today was the second time I have used them, Seth was friendly, prompt and did not try to push services that were not needed etc. I will use them again.

We were truly disappointed in the lack of communication from A+ Plumbing tonight. We scheduled an appt. with a man over the phone several weeks ago for 4pm this Monday. At no point did the man inform us that the 4pm time was an approximation. We specifically took several hours off work in order to accommodate the appt time. When 5:15p rolled around, we decided to call A+ Plumbing. The secretary did not know who was supposed to be arriving at our home, nor did she know when he'd be there. She ended up having the owner call me back. I asked the owner when the technician would be arriving and he simply stated that he was on his way, but did not give a time. When I asked if he thought the $75 service fee was fair after we'd already waited, and would be kept waiting, he hotly told me, Well, I'm not giving it to you for free. He then proceeded to have no knowledge of who scheduled my appt time, and he blamed his employee for giving us a set time, not a time range. We can be understanding that other appts run over - all we wanted was the courtesy of a call to let us know our technician would be significantly late. All in all, we did not expect to have a free service. However, some kind of discount would have been appreciated since it was obvious there was a clear miscommunication or poor training on A+'s part. We hoped that the owner especially, would have been more apologetic, and polite in clarifying the practices of his service. We will not be referring any friends or family to this company in the future, and are happy to pay a more reliable, friendly company double the money for their expertise.

Arid Valley received my call regarding my CPVC supply line pipe leaking above my bathroom. The man who answered, Riley, immediately assessed the damages and sourced the leak and made the necessary repair before it became a much bigger problem. He was extremely easy to schedule and the repair was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company over the bigger ones for not only the quality of services provided but the price to repair the issue was much cheaper than any competition in the valley. Thank you again and I know who to call regarding any future plumbing issues!
