Came home and saw a large puddle of water on my covered porch. Was certain I had a leak. Called Second Opinion Plumbing and Kyle came out within 1 hour of speaking with him on the phone. He did a thorough inspection and determined that I did not have a leak but the puddle was likely from the heavy rain we had been having. WOW!!! I am so impressed with the professionalism and HONESTY! And, the inspection was FREE! They have a customer for life!!

We had Charles come out to our home. He was professional and explained everything in detail. They installed a part for our water heater but did not turn the water back on. There are handicapped people in our home and we couldn't turn it on. The person who did the job was very arrogant and did not finish the job. Very rude and not friendly.
