Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. If you want an excellent plumber, honest, friendly, and very reasonably priced, then I highly recommend Jimmy Joe. I mainly called him to fix a bad leak under the bathroom sink. There was also a broken water pipe in the garage that entered the wall and I didn't know what it was. I showed him and he said it was a pipe that went to the refrigerator. He fixed that pipe and didn't even charge me for it. Again, I highly recommend Jimmy Joe. He's the best.

Got a senior tech, Richard, along with his trainee Cody, to fix an issue from a previous visit. They were very professional and went above and beyond. I was hesitant to let Rotorooter come back after a previous disappointing job, but I’m thankful management sent Richard & Cody.

Richard told me exactly what they needed to do and communicated the whole process and answered all my questions, he was knowledgeable and respectful. The work they did was difficult and it took hours so I’m grateful for their patience and hard work. He made sure everything was working before he left, cleaned up and made sure I was happy with how the shower install came out. Truly exceeded my expectations.

We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL
