Gerry did a great job unplugging our drain. He came on time and was very informative. I was disappointed I was unable to use my $77 coupon, but understood why our drain did not qualify once Jerry explained it to me and my wife. I will definitely use Root Hero again and hopefully we can request for Gerry to be our technician.

Our water heater started to leak on a Saturday mid afternoon. Called Phend for the first time ever and they had Korey out here within a couple of hours. The warehouse was already closed when he tried to pick up a new water heater for us around 5:00. He came back first thing Sunday morning and had the job done in no time. We found some water spots on our ceiling and we decided to have water leak detection service as precautions. We hired Plumbing Bear as per their ratings and reviews and i must say they were truly professionals and kind. They arrived on same day of our call and they had all the necessary equipment in their van. They inspected whole house and found all the leaks and started repairing it.
