We had a serious water pressure/hot water problem for our shower and also the drainage problem within our bathroom sink.

Chris' team was the best He explained everything very thoroughly which was easy to understand, and they were able to solve the issues at hand. You have no idea how appreciated on how quick Pink Plumbing was within their service.

My wife (Alexandria DiDomizio) set an appointment for tiolet replacement and potential clogged drain. The tech (Gerry Chaffin) was both professional and personable! He displayed a true willingness to assist, while educating us on specifics about drains, flow, etc. At this stage, we are completely satisfied with our new toliet, and especially the service providef by Gerry!

Jimmy Joe is AWESOME. He assisted my elderly mother when her water heater broke late at night. Him and his staff came out the night we called, fixed it and also made my mother feel comfortable during the process. Top Notch organization and excellent people. Thank you!

Rooter 4 Less was scheduled through my warranty company. Terry performed the initial diagnoses with a little attitude and then scheduled us a week out to install a new water heater. After waiting the week, he showed up angry and told me that my neighbor and I could not stand in my driveway and watch him work. That we were to go inside. He then got angrier and took off with my water heater after waiting a week for it!!! I imagine he didn't want us there so that he could do work that wasn't needed and charge us too much. Otherwise, why would anyone behave in such a manner??? I was prepared to pay the $300 he was charging for modifications (outside what he was being paid from the warranty company) of a drain pain and adding some piping. His disrespect and lack of professionalism was quite shocking.

My roof drainage pipes were leaking and part of my ceiling fell in. Peter was out the same day to see my problem but came back 2 days later since it was just a roof drainage pipe. They fixed it before another rain came so I wouldn’t have another mess on my hands. Being that I’m new to the area, he contacted a restoration company and they came out later on that evening and got the machines set up to dry out my problem. Phend Plumbing is a great people friendly company.

I have never experienced excellent service as Mr. Rooter plumbing. The problem I was having several times over the past years was fixed and done fantastic. No one In the past Could permanently figure out what the problem was . Oscar did Solve that problem and within hours. .... On the same day I called, which was the first time I called Mr. Ruder Plumbing . They did diagnose and fix the water Issue.

*Outrageously expensive* for the service offered. They wanted $995 in order to clear a sewer line.

I suffered the emergency trip charge ($350), assuming that their prices would be at least in the ballpark of other plumbers ($100 - $400) or that some of the trip charge would count towards the service provided. I did not have a clue what their standard prices were until I had already been charged for the trip fee. $1345 to clean a sewer line (trip charge + cost of service) is absolutely ridiculous! So I refused their service.

I hoped to recoup maybe half the trip charge since the only thing the plumber did was confirm the diagnosis of the problem; no work was performed. I was told that there is a no refund policy. They did offer a $200 credit towards future service, but this is worth little because of their markup.

With some patience, I waited a day and had another plumber visit, snake, and put a camera in my sewer line for $255 total (no trip charge). Perhaps using a water jet would have cleared the sewer line better, but it was not worth 4 times the price and no pricing options.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
