Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!

We have an 82 year old house, and a significant portion of galvanized pipe that was badly deteriorating had to be replaced. After getting extremely high quotes from two other plumbers for a major plumbing repair, we called Second Opinion. We chose Second Opinion for the job not simply because they offered a competitive estimate, but because of the thorough assessment and explanation that their technician Charles provided to us. The repair job was completed yesterday, and we cannot praise this company enough. Throughout the day-long job, Charles provided continual updates as the work progressed & made sure we were informed of all aspects of the work being done. Charles was thorough, professional, personable, and he was extremely respectful of our home and our animals. After the bathroom ceiling had to be completely removed to get to a big section of leaking galvanized pipe, Charles made sure that every bit of ensuing debris was cleaned up. We have never had such a thorough clean-up after a repair job! On every aspect of this experience, we give this company 5+ stars -- the speed of response, the quality of the work, the professionalism and care of the technician.... we have tried several plumbers over the years, but we have finally found a plumbing company that we can feel 100% confident about. It's rare to find a company that genuinely listens to their customers, but this one does. They addressed my concerns with patience and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work.

Had a plumbing backup and the company quoted a price before they came out. They stuck with their price and walked me thru what they were doing and explained everything in detail. They were very professional. They scoped out the problem with a camera and provided it's contents the same day.

Routine check on furnace and air conditioner. Guy was very personable and efficient.

Used Diggers once before, that experience was good. Wish I could say the same for the second time we tried to use their services. Made an appt. with Joe, which was both verbal and by text and it had it be reshedule
On the day of because he took another job over my appt. Came the following day and looked over the job, (leaking tub faucet) said he would come the next day to fix it and we never heard from him. Very Unprofessional !
