Needed some gas line ran, came up with a good price for us and say it could be installed in a days time. Our tech Josef was very quick to respond, super professional and had great pride in his work which was very nice to heard. I appreciate them working quickly and with minimal holes needed to run the gas line. They originally quoted us that a ceiling hole was required to run the line in the kitchen but to my surprise and enjoyment they only needed to create a hole near the stove and that was it. Super friendly and straightforward guy, would definitely recommend using them again.

Had Jimmy Joe quote me on some custom plumbing I needed done for a project. He was knowledgeable about all things plumbing and had ideas for layout that I didn't consider. Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!
