Dax ran a camera through the entirety of our kitchen sink line which continually backs up. He then cabled the line to break up debris and then we rechecked with the camera. He was professional, friendly and incredible transparent and fair with his pricing.

Jimmy Joe installed my water heater two years ago so I called him when my sink was leaking and I was out of town. He sent someone the next day and it was fixed. The office kept me informed and it was easy and professional. I will call him again.

Frederick and Sons lied to us about the work they were going to complete and what would be required in order to repair my A/C. After they left, I climbed on the roof and saw they had not completed what they said would need to be done. They over charged me. They were rude and unprofessional once they were confronted with the dishonest service and simply stated that we paid so much because of their knowledge and got a break on our price because they could have charged more for their knowledge and trade skills. I . Called several other companies after speaking to them and every last one of them quoted me a much cheaper cost! Inspect what you expect should you choose to call them!

My roof drainage pipes were leaking and part of my ceiling fell in. Peter was out the same day to see my problem but came back 2 days later since it was just a roof drainage pipe. They fixed it before another rain came so I wouldn’t have another mess on my hands. Being that I’m new to the area, he contacted a restoration company and they came out later on that evening and got the machines set up to dry out my problem. Phend Plumbing is a great people friendly company.

Recently we had some water damage in our vacation rental. We live in Chicago and long distance the clog was fixed by Aspen Plumbing very quickly.
Chris Deschamps worked with them to coordinate the dry out. His step by step follow through to walk me the process of dry out was done long-distance and coordinated with a friend staying in our property was very helpful until I was able to fly in. While I had limited time in Scottsdale, Chris made it a tough time much easier by working with the insurance co. and me to get our place fixed in a timely manner. His service was outstanding!

Riley and TJ did an amazing job on a plumbing repair at my house. An old P-trap was badly broken under a tub, which required breaking concrete. A large pipe was also broken in my backyard which required a big dig and repair. Both Riley and TJ were very professional and communicative. They kept me posted along the way with photos of what they found, and what they had done. I will call Riley again next time I have a plumbing problem. I would recommend him to friends and family. Justin did an awesome job. He arrived within an hour of me calling the company for service and he got done within about 30 mins replacing a leaking pipe in my front yard. Great company and fair prices for their work!
