I have been doing business with leonard @ frederick and Sons for many years now. I would recommend them to anyone in the east valley who is in need of quality plumbing work. I have used them exclusively for both emergency repairs and service work and have always been provided with prompt service, quality work, and excellent customer service at a great price. leonard and his plumbing techs are always on time, clean (a big deal to me), honest, and 100% professional. Watch out for this company!! My home warranty assigned this company to repair my water leak. Technician (Nick) showed up and reported that my tub was missing parts that are not even missing. He sent the report to my home warranty so he knew that my home warranty will deny my claim by saying that my tub was missing parts. So his intention was to not deal with my home warranty because probably they don’t get enough money for this repairs. Then he emailed us a quote so we can hire them directly. He was also insisting in calling a restoration company for them to get also a piece of the pie. My home warranty denied my claim due to his dishonest report. I had to spent 2 hours on phone talking with a supervisor from the home warranty explaining how this technician lied and made a fake diagnostic report of my leak. Home warranty reviewed the report that Nick sent to them and also the email-quote that he sent to us where it shows that he made two different reports. Finally my home warranty reopened my claim and assigned a different contractor. I called them to submit a complaint. A couple of hours later his supervisor called me just to justify and cover up his actions. Clearly he is not acting alone. Please be really careful with this company, because they will try to rip you off. They don’t want a home warranty to get involved since they know that they won’t pay them the amount they normally charge for a regular customer. I will submit a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau, I don’t want anybody to be a victim of this rats.

We could hear water behind the bathroom wall but we could not see any water anywhere. The meter was not spinning but we called a couple of plumbers out anyway because we knew the noise was new. The first plumber told us we should just wait until we saw water somewhere because there was no evidence of a leak. Second Opinion Plumbing came to the house and asked if they could cut a hole in the wall to see what was going on. Sure enough there was a small leak under high pressure in a connection pipe spraying against the wall. They were able to repair the pipe in 15 minutes, and were super reasonable on the repair cost. I am so glad we called them, it makes me cringe to think the damage that could have been done had we waited like the first plumber told us.

The company scheduled my service quickly and at my convenience. The technician, Mr. Adkins, showed up right on time. He was professional, I received an accurate estimate of price for services, and he completed the job quickly. Everything works great now!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
