At first I was unsatisfied with quality of work the toilet install left water tank wobbly and toilet repair flush was very weak so I called roto rooter regarding the issues. Happy to say they came out the very next morning corrected all the issues in both bathrooms and they been working perfect ever since. EXTREMELY pleased with our experience with 911 this week - we have nothing but nice things to say after they did an actual 911 fix for us at our house in Gilbert! The AZ dust storms have been nonstop at night and the heat has been relentless - so naturally as AZ likes to do with 115 degree temps our AC went out and it climbed to 87 degrees in our house in a matter of hours! We were really freaking out because we have a small child and didn't know how long we would have to wait to get an HVAC service here to check our unit.

Darryl - the owner - was on top of his game though! We called late in the evening when this happened and the owner himself came by since he the biz was so slammed with AC calls the he didn't have any available trucks or techs to come by. I couldn't believe it!! Darryl stopped by, figured out the issue was a bad filter and a frozen unit, and not only fixed the issue to get us back up and running but sat and monitored the meters for 45 minutes on the unit until he was 100% certain that everything was running as it should. After everything was fixed, he came in the house and showed me the numbers - even took the time to explain what every number on the meter meant, what numbers he wanted the unit to be hitting before he was comfortable leaving, and went into detail about how the unit works.

I can safely say - as I type this in my very comfortable 73 degree house - that you should not hesitate to call 911 when you need any kind HVAC service!!

Our multi-story condominium buildings are more than 30 years old and require almost constant attention. Hardly a day goes by that we don't see a Superstition truck in the parking lot. Working with seniors is not easy, but their guys relate well with everyone so we seldom see or hear of any friction.
