Mr Garrett came with his team Bob and Logan this morning. They took care of my problems very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable too! Definitely using them for any of my future plumbing needs. If you are looking at this review, most likely you are looking for a plumber, you should call them now!

Always does great work and is extremely fair with pricing. Never disappoints

I've used Jimmy Joe's in the past, but the actual owner came out those times (R/O water filter installation and remove/reinstall toilet for new tile). I'm not sure who the person they sent out this time was, but he had no clue whatsoever, or he had instructions to up sale. Didn't have parts to fix leaking faucet (it's a Delta, not like it's unusual or anything, but it is what it is). Original Crane toilet, yes it is at least 25 years old, but they haven't exactly changed designs a lot in the past 60 years or so. I had a universal repair kit, plumber insisted it wouldn't fit. Sorry, it fit the other two identical toilets in the house. It will double flush, sorry, not if you install it correctly. Wound up having to call their office and order the belligerent person out of my house (yes really, that bad). It's a shame, they've done a good job in the past (including removing this exact toilet, letting a new tile floor be installed, and then placing the toilet back). They did this 3 years prior, and THEY were the ones who installed the it's too small, they don't make that anymore part. I'm over 60, have bad arthritis, and didn't want to be bending over replacing the parts in the toilet. I'm not going to be insulted and have an obvious up sale/lie from the plumber try and tell me I must replace the toilet instead of using a $20 part and an hour of labor. Very odd, Google shows me this review, but doesn't show it to anyone else. What gives?

Update, I replaced the leaking seal (flapper, etc., a $20 kit) with the one they told me doesn't fit. They just want to upsell you into buying a new toilet, and Google should be ashamed of themselves for hiding critical reviews. The owner needs to be much more careful who they hire, or what they instruct him to do, you lost a customer that had used you 4 times in the past.

I've had great experiences with Frederick & Sons. They've taken care of my A/C for 3 yrs now and even did some plumbing work for us that we were very happy with. I highly recommend Frederick & Sons, but most of all I recommend Edward as your service tech!

At first I was unsatisfied with quality of work the toilet install left water tank wobbly and toilet repair flush was very weak so I called roto rooter regarding the issues. Happy to say they came out the very next morning corrected all the issues in both bathrooms and they been working perfect ever since. I’m very satisfied roto rooter took care of things without a fuss I would definitely use them again. Thanks Roto Rooter

We have a rental home and needed to have the water heater replaced and we called around and decided to use this place to replace our water heater and we are happy with the price and our tenant is also happy that the guy came right out and got it done fast.

I will use this place in the future when we need a plumber and the reason is they were easy to deal with and honest on the price as well as quick to get the job done.

These guys are amazing! On time! Polite! Knowledgeable! Professional! Shawn took the time to walk me through every step and patiently answered all questions I had in a thorough and respectful way. The work was complete and well done quicker than I expected!! No hassle getting them to come by, they worked around my schedule, and called before they came over!! Had a little accident with a water line in the wall while installing a shower curtain. Kyle from Second Opinion Plumbing provided instructions over the phone to shut the water off and responded extremely fast (within an hour) and fixed the leak. Very friendly, professional and fast! Liked the fact that a pic of the technician comes in advance of their visit. The work was well done. I would say that the estimate should have been a bit closer to final amount as it started at about $200, went to $700 and finally ended at $600. Seems that an estimate should have been closer to final price. I am happy with the final product! Thx Plumbsmart.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
