I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.

I have personally used and refer Jimmy Joe to friends and clients. I have never met a plumber who puts booties on before he comes into your home (on time too)! Very professional, honest, punctual, knowledgeable and affordable. I HIGHLY recommend!

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

Seth the plumber was polite and solved the issue quickly. Mike, the restoration guy has been very helpful in getting our drywall and cabinets pulled out and drying everything as well as keeping is informed about what is going on. The only negative was that roto rooter told me the plumber would be at my house by 10:30 pm, and they didnt show up until 9 am the following day.

Best part about the service was that I was given a few options.

Outstanding experience!... Nate and the entire install team showed up on time... i had a bunch of questions ..and all 3 techs listened to them.. They were all addressed... Very professional and polite... Everything chris (the salesman) had explained to me prior to install. Was addressed.... 5 hrs later i had a brand new unit installed at a great price! Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
