Shawn was the tech that was sent to my home for a water leak that was causing the ceiling in the den to bubble up. He was incredible in discovering the origin of leak. Once discovered, he quickly swiped out the wax ring on the toilet, and thoroughly tested his work to ensure the problem was handled. I was very impressed with his professionalism and skill. My water heater broke this morning. My technician Mike Cantrell was here by 11 and had a new water heater installed within 2 hours!! He was so friendly and informative. The water heater we had was a piece of junk. He installed a Ruud which is fully warrantied for 6 years!! I would recommend these plumbers to anyone!!!

First time we needed a plumber since moving to AZ a year and a half ago. We had no hot water in one of our showers. Having a plumbing issue and based on my daughter's recommendation, I called Gold Star Plumbing on a Tuesday afternoon and was fortunate enough to get a late afternoon appointment for the following day. As promised, I received a call informing me when the techs were on their way and that would be during the time window I had previously been given. The two techs arrived and I was immediately impressed with not only their friendly attitude ( remember, this is at the very end of the day ) , but their professionalism. They explained what was needed, and what the cost would be on their completion of the work. I even remarked to them that, knowing what was involved with the problem I had, I felt the price they quoted was quite reasonable. The job was completed to my upmost satisfaction and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them . Actually, I've already started doing that, giving Gold Star's name and number to a real estate friend of mine who's been looking for someone reliable.
